Founded by three professionals—Phillip Boykin, Halley Ferrell, and Alex Mims—we bring decades of combined experience and a mutual dedication to making a real impact. Each of us has a commitment to finding smarter, more efficient solutions to modern infrastructure challenges. With over 45 years of combined industry experience, we’ve worked on projects that have shaped communities and improved lives.
