As Co-Founder, Vice President, and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Phillip combines technical expertise and leadership to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that elevate transportation infrastructure.

A graduate of Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, Phillip has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality results tailored to client needs. Throughout his career, he has taken on key roles such as Senior Designer, Project Manager, and Engineer of Record, contributing to the success of numerous high-profile projects. His extensive knowledge of signalization systems ensures efficient traffic flow and enhanced roadway safety, while his expertise in lighting systems engineering enables him to develop energy-efficient designs that improve visibility and reduce environmental impact.
