As the Founder, Vice President, and Data Collection Manager at Triune Infrastructure Group (Triune), Halley is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients and their projects.

Halley holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management and Business Marketing from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. His educational foundation, combined with his extensive experience, enables him to approach complex data collection projects with both technical precision and strategic insight. Over the course of his career, he has served as Senior Vice President for over five years and has managed data programs for more than 15 years. In these roles, Halley has overseen numerous contracts, built strong client relationships, and ensured quick turnaround times, rigorous QA/QC processes, and the successful execution of expansion programs.

One of Halley’s standout achievements includes managing and completing the FDOT-5 ICM data collection scope within just four months. This project entailed collecting over 150 eight-hour turning movement counts and more than 50 seven-day bi-directional volume counts. His thorough understanding of project scope and client needs serves as the foundation for all his work, ensuring minimal disruptions and exceptional accuracy—even during times of high demand across multiple contracts.
